New Unscrambling & Orienting Innovations at Pace
Get ready for a new look at Unscrambling and Orienting machines! We've been working hard behind the scenes to bring you more features and benefits on the machines you know and love, PLUS a brand new Robotic Unscrambler with incredible versatility! Our new machines are capable of unscrambling PET, HDPE, PP, PS, and PVC bottles, including various bottle shapes and sizes, with speeds up to 450 bottles per minute (bpm). Applications span across personal care, beverages, automotive, household cleaning, and container decorating industries.
The floor-level, low-profile linear design ensures space efficiency, while fast, toolless changeovers and flexible, efficient change parts enhance productivity. Our systems ensure scuff and scratch-free container handling, incorporating a Camera-Based Vision System for precise container orientation and a Slow Speed Discharge to reduce bottle speed at discharge. The Power Ramp allows for high-speed operation with tapered containers, and the Ionized Air Rinse Station effectively removes dust.
Additional features include an Interlocked Polycarbonate Sorting Bowl Cover to shield bottles from dust and a Down Bottle Detection & Rejection System. The 3-Stage System provides up to 270º orientation, and the machinery is equipped with a UL 508 Certified Electrical Panel and CE Certification.
