The VersaSort offers revolutionary flexibility in robotic unscrambling and orienting, with a patent-pending in-motion vacuum transfer system that handles market-standard 10mL to 9.5L PET, HDPE, PP, PS, PVC containers, as well as thinner materials and soft touch finishes, while maintaining container integrity. The system delivers one of the fastest throughputs per robot unit, capable of reaching speeds of up to 340 CPM. The VersaSort minimizes changeover frequency and eliminates mechanical grippers, leading to reduced operational and maintenance costs. Its compact design makes it a perfect solution for facilities with limited space or complex product handling requirements.
In addition, Pace will feature the next generation of its proven linear technology. The OMNI-IR Linear Unscrambler offers exceptional versatility, accommodating a variety of container types including PET, HDPE, PP, PS, and PVC bottles. With speeds from 250 to 650 bottles per minute, the OMNI-IR is designed for industries such as personal care, ready-to-drink beverages, and household cleaning. This versatile system handles up to 25 formats and combines enhanced ergonomics with reduced power consumption, making it an efficient and flexible solution for manufacturers.
